We went to the Diamondback's Fan Fest at Chase Field on Saturday. It was free, and there were all sorts of fun activities for the kids to do, on the field. You could even get autographs from the players if you waited in line long enough.
Grandpa waited in line with Stanton for about 30 minutes so that he could hit the ball, pitched to him by a real Diamondback's base coach. We didn't think he'd be able to hit it cause when we play at home, he usually strikes out, drops the bat, and says "Dane it!" However, this time, he smacked the ball toward second base and ran in a circles. When he got to first, he turned around and came home. It was SO cute!
Then he got to pitch his fastball. I'm not usually a bragger, but my Stanton has a REALLY good arm. He can throw FAR and ACCURATE! He pitches to Robert and I for at least an hour out of every day. He's been obsessed with baseball since he was like 15 months. He throws EVERYTHING!
We got to hang out in the dug out and take a tour of the locker rooms.
And Noelle and I got our picture in front of Chris Young's locker. He's our favorite player! (She picks her nose when she's excited!)

That looks like so much fun! Stanton is so cute and probably way better than Casey at baseball. We've tried so hard but he gives up too easy. I love that he says "Dane it" Casey totally says that too!!!
Oh. my. You are such a cute family. We miss you!! Oh Kimmie you look so pretty in the last picture and Noelle.... well she looks preoccupied :)

How much fun that must have been! They are so cute, I especially love the nose pickin goin' on there. I have a few of those blackmail pics too.
So that's why they were all decked out in Dbacks clothes on Saturday. How fun, for Stanton especially:) According to my girls, picking your nose is totally IN right now. You go girl!
