Our Weekend Adventures!

We rode the light rail for the first time. Taking it to Phoenix on a Friday night, we were surrounded by some interesting groups of people. There was a girl who forgot her pants at home. There were a few people who didn't have homes, and a couple guys with hair the color of a highlighter, who I'm quite certain were in violation of their parole in one way or another. But, all in all, it was fun, and Stanton really liked riding the "train." I think he thought it was Thomas.
Robert got free tickets to The Boat Show so we went there and walked around inside of all the ritzy house boats.
Our friends Billy and Kati came with us too. They love boats!
Boats and jet skis are now right up there with motorcycles and ATV's in order of the things Stanton talks about all day.
Then on Saturday we decided to go to Tucson to see the Desert Sonoran Wildlife Museum. It was a lot of fun!

Stanton went digging for fossils, and he collected a bunch of fancy polished rocks and petrified wood.

Their favorite exhibit, by far, was the swimming beavers and otters. They swam way up to the glass, and surprised the kids. The beaver was huge!! I've never even seen a beaver in real life before!
