Kimmie the Seamstress!
I SEWED AN APRON!
I had never even touched a sewing machine in my life, until now. Ta Da! Here is my first project, a double sided apron for Robert's grandma for Thanksgiving! It only took me about two weeks to make. I will admit, Lynnae had to sit by me the entire time, and re-thread the sewing machine for me, and also pin things, but I cut the pattern and sewed it all!!!
Now I know I'm not fast/good enough YET to get hired at a sweat shop or have my own clothing line at Walmart or anything like that, but I am REALLY excited about being the maker of an apron! It's so fun learning new things. Next up, flamenco dancing or maybe sign language!
